Stretch-n-Grow is proud to partner with families and childcare centers across West Texas in raising happy, healthy kids and fighting childhood obesity!Our mission is:
- To lay a foundation for a healthy lifestyle and a positive attitude toward well-being.
- To establish life-long patterns of fitness and good eating habits.
- To prepare children for participation in physical education and athletic programs.
- To empower parents and child care providers in setting a healthy example for children.
Our Experience? - LOTS! Renee and Randy Terry are the owners and directors of Stretch-n-Grow in your area. She is a certified Early Childhood, Special Ed, and P.E. Teacher with six years teaching experience in the public schools. Randy is a former coach that is certified in P.E. and has 10 years teaching experience in the public schools. Our coaching staffs are certified youth fitness instructors. All instructors are continually educated in exercise for young children and are CPR and First Aid certified.
