Our Kids' Program is a fun and dynamic environment for children between the ages 4-10. During this class period we focus on: Discipline, Basic Sanshou Skills, Body conditioning, Motor Development, Team Participation.

A Little Tikes Kids' Program is a fun and dynamic environment for children between the ages 3-4.

United Martial Arts is the USA national training center of the USA SanShou team, which includes the head coach. We have students that come from all over the United States (Dallas, New York, Houston, California, etc..) just to mention a few. At UMA we offer exciting and educational classes taught in a fun environment by highly qualified coaches. We don't just train world class fighters but we are also flexible enough to train individuals who are just looking to get back in shape, learn how to defend themselves, or even just to have fun. We are always encouraging women and kids to participate in our variety of programs. Once you walk through our doors we welcome you as one of our family members. We offer a variety of Martial Arts styles: SanShou, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA, Boxing, Kids programs, Self Defense.
