Description
You are invited to escape for lunch and join us for a support group for those moms who are struggling with Postpartum Depression. Joanne Bigham, a counselor from the Covenant Counseling Center, will be leading the support group with a goal of trying to help you find your joy again.Feel free to bring lunch with you to the group and babies are welcome, but not required!
The first and third Wednesday of every month from 12-1pm!

Directions
Located at the Covenant Women's and Children's Hospital at 4000 24th Street (at the corner of 24th and Nashville). Take the main entrance into the hospital and take the lobby elevators to the 3rd Floor. Turn right down the hallway and you will see the Family Resource Center on your right hand side. The class is located in there!
