Children over the age of seven (7) are welcome to practice, with a guardian present, in a studio class depending upon maturity level and ability to self manage.

Yoga by definition is a Sanskrit word meaning to "to join or yoke together."

Yoga Salon offers group classes as well as individual sessions in order to bring the attendee inner power and lead to life transformation offering restoration, healing, and inspiration to the student that can transcend class and enhance their daily lives.

There are no "beginner" classes, there are no "advanced" classes, we all journey and practice together. In this joining of our bodies, minds, and souls, we also join each other, creating community.
