Free Fingerprinting for Kids by the LPD.Do you have an event that you would like the Lubbock Police Department to come out and fingerprint kids at? Our Community Intelligence Unit goes to events and fingerprints kids for free! Once the fingerprints are done, the card is then given to the parent/guardian for safe keeping in the event is it ever needed.
