Sat. 8/13 from 6am-2pm: 8th Annual Vamos a Pescar - Let's Go Fishing free fishing event @ Buddy Holly Lake (N. University @ Cesar E. Chavez Dr.).Free family fishing event! No fishing licenses are required for the event, but participants are encouraged to bring supplies such as fishing poles, bait, lawn chairs, sunscreen and insect repellent.
For kids 17 and younger with an accompanying adult. The perfect family event to enjoy before school starts!

Pre-register to save time that morning. However, onsite registration will be held the morning of the event beginning at 6 a.m.
