Commemoration Ceremony at 11 AM

"Red Horizon" film screening from 12 - 5 PM

Afternoon educational activities

Big band performance from 6 - 9 PM

Veterans Day at the Silent Wings Museum features a solemn commemoration ceremony at 11:00 a.m. The public is encouraged to attend and demonstrate their respect and gratitude to our nation's veterans. Following the commemoration ceremony, the documentary film Red Horizon, will play in the theater.

This year a Hangar dance will round out the day. Swing and sway to the music of the Big Band era in the shadow of the venerable CG-4A glider.
