Sat. 12/1 from 6-9pm: "Small Town Christmas" Christmas on the Square in Slaton. Slaton Town Square.

On December 1st, the Slaton Chamber of Commerce will host "A Small Town Christmas" from 6 pm to 9 pm. We will have musical performances throughout the night. Local talent from our churches, school bands and choirs will be performing. In addition, we have Dr. Rebecca Hays from Texas Tech Music Department, the Watchmen and more. We will have plenty of complimentary refreshments and food trucks available. There will be train rides, carriage rides, hayrides, a Live Nativity, movies and of course Santa.
Our Christmas tree decorating contest returns with more fun and frills. Several awards will be given.
