Sat. 6/2 & Sun. 6/3 & Wed. 6/6 from 10am-5pm daily: D-Day Commemoration @ Silent Wings Museum. Museum open free of charge.

The Silent Wings Museum will commemorate the 74th anniversary of D-Day on Saturday, June 2 and Sunday, June 3. The community is invited to this family-friendly, annual event honoring the sacrifices made by the Allied forces on the shores of Normandy, France, during a critical operation in World War II.

Activities throughout the weekend include vintage WWII aircraft and vehicles on display, living history groups, children's activities, and screenings of the documentary D-Day Remembered. All aircraft will fly in and be on display as weather permits.

This event is FREE and open to the public.

Red Dawgs Food Truck will be out from 10:00 a.m. - 2 :00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Wednesday: Museum is open to the public free of charge and showing of Documentary, D-Day Remembered (replays every hour until 4:00pm).
