Sat. 6/3 @ 10am: PBS Kids at the Alamo: Nature Cat - Ocean Commotion. All ages allowed. 90 min. Rated G. $1, $3, or $5 admission donation to KTTZ-TV.The Alamo Drafthouse and our local PBS station are teaming up for a family screening of PBS KIDS' latest show, along with themed activities and giveaways. We will enjoy three episodes from the new show on the big screen (including a sneak peak at two brand new episodes). This is an all-ages show with Alamo for Allrules - noisy young fans won't be asked to leave the theater but we do ask that cellphones and other devices stay dark.
NATURE CAT follows Fred, a house cat who dreams of exploring the great outdoors. In each episode,once his family leaves for the day, Fred transforms into Nature Cat, "backyard explorer extraordinaire."
